The views are amazing, from either side of the hotel. I had a room facing the bay, so it was a little more "interesting", even though sadly there is abandoned hotel building in the middle of the view. You can go for a swim on either side, either from the charming "rocky beach" or from the real beach in the bay. I ended preferring going on rocky beach, jumping in the sea directly from the steps, much less people there. What sets the hotel apart is the staff, they are all beyond nice and all give 120% - which is very rare - and I finally got an explanation on my last day as I took a transfer and my driver had worked at the hotel for 20 years, apparently they just all respect the owners so much that it creates a great work atmosphere and people naturally go the extra mile.

Excellent location on a peninsula surrounded by the sea and bay. Stunning view from rooms (especially if you choose the top 2 floors with bay view). Most of the staff was really very nice. We could still use pool after checkout, and they were very helpful in this regard. There are various spots with nice views on both sides of the hotel. Nice view on the seaside from the breakfast area. The dinner 35 EUR per person (drinks not included) was a good deal as we were disappointed in those few restaurants nearby hotel. In general, we were very satisfied with our choice.

location of hotel with panoramic views of sea and greenery is unbeatable. We also especially enjoyed that there are lots of areas to chill out and enjoy indoors/outdoors, shade/sun, beach or rocks, up and down. This made us feel secluded in every part of the hotel even though it was full

We absolutely loved our stay at Akrotiri Beach Hotel. The staff were amazing, special mention to Vanessa, Jason, Yiannis, Elena and Eleni who went over and above to make our stay fabulous. The rooms are well appointed and the facilities are wonderful. A short walk down to the private beach and many lovely restaurants close by. The hotel offers a great breakfast buffet as well as dinner buffet. We would highly recommend staying at this fabulous resort. Efharisto to all the special staff members.

It rained all week, on and off, but our holiday was not spoiled. We had an amazing view from our room and from the covered sun terrace in the public area. We did not eat dinner at the hotel, but there were some super restaurants close-by. Breakfast was excellent.

We loved the location, the variety of places to relax, the amenities it had to offer, the buffet breakfast was fantastic. We loved everything and it was the highlight of our trip!

Location is excellent. We travelled around the island by car for sight seeing and it is clear that Akrotiri has perhaps the best location on the island that is if you are looking for a quiet and nice place for swimming. It has its own sandy beach on one side and also deep rocky shores on the other. You do not need to pay for the beds at the beach which is a plus. Sea is crystal clear and view is not interrupted by unsightly buildings. We chose the west side and we had a beautiful sea and island view. We did not get the all inclusive option, and tried a few other restaurants nearby. Open buffet is ok but if you stay 10 days it could be boring. The staff were very nice and friendly especially Dimitris was very friendly and helpful. All and all we needed a comfortable and relaxing vacation that is exactly what we had.

The location, hotel is right at the beach, close to bars, restaurants and markets. The room, very comfortable bed, the view was amazing, the details very well thought ie you can charge tour phone directly with a cable rather than worrying about an outlet, doesn’t matter the room you get, you will always get a sea view. The staff, they couldn’t be nicer, everyone was always welcoming and accommodating, all our needs/requests were full filled with no problem. The food at dinner was very good, good variety, worth the price you pay. The free parking, even if there no spaces available you could leave the car with one of the staffs and they will park for you. The Amo Amo Bar is a nice touch since you have a waiter coming to you now and then in case you want to order food/drinks. There is a boat rental service/tours at the beach besides other activities which we found very handy to have it there.

This was one of those holidays where everything was PERFECT! All made so from the minute we pulled into the property. The views are absolutely breathtaking, the service was impeccable, furnishings really beautiful and modern, food delicious (breakfast was so good!) and the general warm vibe the hotel and staff offers was lovely to be around. Vanessa the concierge was exceptional. It was my birthday and she booked some amazing venues for us and had some great recommendations. (Make sure to book Monestre restaurant for dinner one eve!). There are so many different areas to hang out at the hotel. 2 different beaches and the pool (where we always got a sunbed). Make sure to try them all out! Absolutely loved our time here! You will not regret it.
